• ●Calculated Estimates: Prayer times and Qibla direction are algorithmic estimates calculated dynamically based on your device's sensors and GPS coordinates. We do not guarantee absolute precision, and atmospheric or hardware conditions may affect accuracy.
• ●No Fatwas Provided: The content on this platform is for educational guidance only. We do not offer legal sharia consultations or fatwas. Always consult trusted scholars for specific religious rulings.
• ●Service Availability: While we strive for high reliability, the service is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary technical outages or data loss.

Yaqeena is permitted for personal, da'wah, and educational non-commercial purposes only, subject to the following rules:

• ●Non-Commercial Use: You may not use the platform, application, or its underlying code for commercial, investment, or corporate advertising purposes.
• ●Platform Abuse: Automated data extraction (scraping), interfering with our servers, or attempting to compromise our cloud infrastructure providers is strictly prohibited.
